The Done Deal Care Package
(No Charge Marge, Want One??)

The Done Deal Care Package is a simple thank you to all of the people who have participated in
Susan James Courses / Consulting over the past years.

There is no catch. There is no charge marge. There is nothing to download so that you can get it. I wanted to
design something fun to give to ‘you’ which meant something to me, which has worked for me and desires I
chose for fulfillment and the MORE of all of that. Just a fun thanks!

The Done Deal Ink Pen
There are so many reasons to ‘write’ things, and since you’ve taken some sj courses and read some
books, you know the ‘pen is mightier than the sword, but we use the pen for the Swords’

The Done Deal is written on the barrel, which will serve as a reminder of your own done deals.

The Done Deal Wrist Band
You are familiar with all of the many plastic bands that folks wear on their wrists in support of a cause.
The Done Deal Wrist Band is in support of your desire, your cause. I have always worn something on my
wrist which was a constant reminder to my mind and thought vibration of something I wanted to fulfill.

Over the years I’ve worn various types of bracelets that only I knew their true meaning. Some I’ve had
designed for me. The Done Deal Wrist Band is a simple reminder which our subconscious picks up.
The Done Deal is softly written in green on the green band.

The Done Deal Magnet.
Simply another reminder placed somewhere where only we know what it means to us.

The Done Deal Card
A card to write in clear succinct terms at least 2 of our Done Deals

Last but not least…
A Large Gold Paper Clip.
As I wrote of in the book, Manifest Warp Speed, the gold paper clip is a reminder of how as we send our
thoughts out, they are magnetized and clipped together with the experience containing our manifestation.

In the book, “Creative Visualization” (Denning/Phillips) we
are reminded of how the early cavemen used visualization to
get what they wanted. What did they want? Food and shelter
mostly. Things haven’t really changed that much have they?

What did they do in order to easily visualize what they
wanted which began drawing to them the events which
produced food and shelter?

Answer: They drew pictures of what they wanted on the walls
of their cave. They drew pictures of animals they needed to
slay so that they could feed their family. They drew pictures
of new places they needed to find to live.

This is the exact same thing Hank Ramsan did in “The
Millionaire Maverick”. What did he do? He created a Magic
Wall. He also had a Magic Clipboard.

It all works the same way, as when we create our grocery lists
as mentioned in “Manifesting Methods for Would Be
Millionaires”.

And what is that?

The moment we begin to draw and or write something down
that we choose to have, it in that moment, in fact the moment
before that, begins to place an image in our mind. It’s that
image that we keep in our minds that brings us what we want,
as well as many of us know, what we don’t want.

We write down things we need from the grocery store on our
grocery store list. What happens? We come home with those
things and usually more.

When we write down things we need from the office supply
store, we bring those back with us manifest fulfilled.

When we don’t make a grocery list or we forget to take it with
us to the store, what happens? We forget. We forget what we
wanted. We feel disappointed, because we can’t remember.
What happens? Dinner is spoiled.

The same thing happens when we don’t consider it may be
just as important to write the desires we choose fulfilled down
on paper and up on our walls.

What happens if we don’t or wont? We forget …and then we
don’t get what we wanted. And then we are surprised that we
don’t have our lives as we would prefer.

Why do we think it works any differently or harder than that,
in order for our heart felt dreams to come true? Because that’s
what we think, that’s why.

If cavemen used a magic cavewall to bring them their dinner,
simply because they wrote it down; if our husbands, wives,
lovers write down the things they want from the grocery store,
and it manifests on their dinner table. If Hank Ramsan wrote
down what he wanted so that he got all he needed and
more..then what is it that keeps many of us  from writing
down what we want for our lives?

It’s that we have not yet convinced ourselves that having our
dreams come true can actually be that easy.

It is.

This has been a long time coming but so many other great
things have happened and continue to happen, that it’s time I
let go of these lists/groups which had been the foundation of
my livelihood.

These are the yahoo groups that I will dis-continuing after
April 1, 2013.

My first yahoo group became a book, and rec’d an award and
continues to sell well, but in many new formats. Then came
the other books which became groups, which developed into
‘Susan James Courses’………which moved into ‘Susan James
Consulting’ / Monthly Retainers and 8 Books later and
MORE Books on the horizon.

I’ve had an affection for these groups and I’ve not wanted to
let them go…for sentimental reasons…and new folks signing
up. But things have changed and expanded for me due to
these groups and those of you who have been here with me.

This is simply a moment in time where I must, where I have
chosen to update and move things to new formats and add
new energies to all who would choose to move with me.

On April 1, 2013 I will be dis-continuing most of my yahoo
groups in favor of setting up a new one.

Yahoo has been very good to me and lots has changed and

SJ Notes will simply be an update on new books, on books
that I’ve read for my own happiness and entertainment, such
as Bios and books on writing and publishing.

SJ Notes will inform and update the new placement , of the
Basics Articles on Desire Fulfillment (no charge Marge!) that
I’ve begun moving to the Higher 5 Blog. Also SJ Notes will
keep everyone updated on the newest themes of the more
advanced information in Castles’ The Newsletter.

I’ve been asked if I would re-post the Branches from the
Manifesting Millionaire books, which was also posted on the
group by the same name. So…what I’ll do, is each week
beginning April 1, on the new Susan James Notes, group, I
will post a Branch from the MM4WBM book. After we move
through that, then I’ll post once a week from the Manifest
Warp Speed Book.

Why I Love My Nook and My Barnes and Noble
(An Open Letter to Mr. Len Riggio, Chairman and Mr.
William Lynch, CEO Barnes and Noble)

Dear Mr. Riggio and Mr. Lynch,

I am a reader. I am a writer. I am a publisher.
But first and foremost I am a reader.

I read all formats.
I have 2 Nooks.
I asked specifically for one of the first Nooks at  Christmas
time when they first came out. My sister wanted to know
what she could get me for Christmas…and Nook rolled off my
tongue…so she got it for me. I LOVED it. I still use it. ( I have
friends that prefer the Kindle.)

Then the Nook (color) Tablet came out. By this time, Kindle
was of course very popular. As I usually do, I went to
cnet.com to see what they had to say about the 2 products.
The Nook still stood out for me as the one I wanted. I didn’t
care about the price, I wanted My New Nook Tablet. (Please
don’t give up on the Nook!)

I LOVE My Nook Tablet.

I purchase books and read them on my Nook.
However, I also at the same time purchase and read both
hardcover and softcover books.

Currently every morning before I start my day, I read from my
Nook And from 3 non-fiction books, which are hardcover and
soft-cover versions. I never buy used books. It’s not a
principled thing, I just love having ‘fresh new’ things.

Since I write and publish my own works, and have begun
publishing others as well, I also love Amazon for what it
brings to my writing business. I have all of my books on both
Amazon and BN / Pubit and in epub formats as well as
hardcover and soft cover.

The reason I’m giving you this backstory is because I also
love to read about what’s going on in publishing, of which of
course BN is in the headlines these days.

And although no matter what goes out for public consumption
as to BN business plans, I want YOU to know that as a reader,
I Love what you have done for readers. You can remain a Big
Box Bookstore, or you can do something unique, while
maintaining your core business and making splendid profit.
Business is about profit, income, revenue, otherwise why be
in one?

At one time I worked at a BAM just for kicks. And it was so
much fun to walk up to a reader and ask them about the books
they were interested in and what they were reading.

Many readers, stay within their own head space. They are not
so much concerned with the business of books and
publishing. But it is these readers who create the demand for
us writers and publishers and bookstore owners.

Readers Love Brick and Mortar Bookstores. We love to go
there. (Please don’t give up on  brick and mortar version of
bookstores.)

From a business standpoint, I’m sure you have many
considerations to how to continue to make money and keep
your stores open and viable.

I don’t pretend to have the answers, yet; although I am
burning in my own mind some ideas, as to how to give a win-
win-win to the readers, writers and publishers of books, while
keeping the brick and mortar bookstores open and having
happy employees of same.

There has to be a way. (This same notion is how Einstein
developed his E=MC2 Equation.)

We as readers have many options in how to read what we
read, but as business owners we do not need to continue to
focus on the other guy and what’s working for him and not
working for us.

Jimmy Kimmel has entered the late night race, along with
Leno and Letterman, and of course Conan. He’s third, and
happy about that. I watch all 3 of them at some time or
another.
Kimmel has a new idea for his Friday nights… where did that
idea come from? It’s a great one!

Someone WILL have a great Idea about Bookstores.

Us readers Love bookstores. Us readers don’t care if BN is
number one. We care that we have a place to go where books
line up calling us in.

I understand you are considering taking BN private. That
sounds exciting. Mars is a very successful private company.
The employees are happy. The candy lovers are happy.
(Reference: Fortune Magazine Feb Issue/ Inside Mars by
David A. Kaplan Note: I bought the physical paper copy of
the magazine.)

I’d like to go on record as a reader to thank you in advance for
finding a way to keep Barnes and Nobel in some way shape or
form, Open so that we can go in and play. (Please don’t give
up on us readers who love bookstores.)

Mr. Riggio,  you were/are The King of Brick and Mortar
Bookstores. And yes, you had an effect on the independent
bookstores, but those effects started from the publishers and
the business model that was broken in the first place.

A new brick and mortar bookstore business model WILL
come of this and we will all win.
